Day after day they work with history files, and past student profiles to match programs with students. __ They showed me the paper forms -- a nightmare of multi-page redundancy with fields to be filled out by hand -- in quadruplicate. No wonder Daphne recognized a real need for help in this project. __ As we viewed a demonstration of the newly completed database and its many reports, Dr. Bell began to relate a most remarkable story. __ "Because of the grant, we have managed to substantially cut the time involved in preparing these reports from days to hours -- really helping many more students who need help at this Title I school.
